Financial Markets

Short or long-term engagements are priced on a monthly retainer or billed hourly.  Capital transactions can be done on a monthly retainer or as a percentage of proceeds raised depending on the complexity of the transaction.

Business Advisory

Depending on the project, these fees can either be monthly retainer, project based, percentage of revenue received or stock awards.  If the project warrants the opportunity, it is our pleasure to be rewarded as your company grows. 

Benefit Procurement

These fees are normally structured on a per script, per member per month (pmpm) or project basis for self-funded  employers and health plans. In certain arrangements, we will conduct our work on a percentage of savings basis if the client so desires.
